Robert Fosmire is Kareo’s Vice President of Customer Success and responsible for client onboarding, support, training, and overall account management. He is driven to provide Kareo’s customers with the knowledge and expertise to help them be more effective so they can focus on their patients. His healthcare IT experience began in 2012, as did his passion for helping those who keep us healthy.
Prior to joining Kareo, Robert served as Senior Vice President of Client Success at NextGen Healthcare, overseeing implementations, consulting, and client support. His past experience also includes a leadership role at Green Dot Corporation, the largest provider of reloadable prepaid debit cards and cash reload processing services in the United States, where he was responsible for managing millions of customer interactions per month as Senior Vice President of Customer Care. While at Experian, a global financial services company, Robert was Vice President of Retention and Customer Care Operations, enhancing the experience of the more than one million subscribers with valuable services to better manage their credit. Early in his career, he managed customer care and retention for DIRECTV and Time Warner Cable, building and leading service and support operations serving anywhere from 50,000 to 5 million customers.
Robert graduated with a B.A. in Applied Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and with an M.B.A. from University of La Verne. He is a Southern California native who enjoys spending time with his family and going to rock concerts. Robert is also passionate about customer service at work and in life, always observing and sharing feedback with others in order to enhance the customer experience. He is known to rant about bad experiences and sing the praises of great experiences.
