“I started with the company 5 years ago. They were working on a different system that was hard to learn, when there was an issue you would have to leave a message and they would get back to you maybe in 2 days if you were lucky. The reports were hard to figure out. When we switched to Kareo in 2011, I was skeptical as I was the sole one resonpsible for setting the system up, and certainly didn't want to screw anything up. I was able to set most of the system up from home. When I had a question with stetting up electronic payments or anything else along the way Kareo was always able to help. We do have Kareo integrated with another system that we schedule and document. We use Kareo for the billing only. They work really good together. Of course with any system there are things you wish the system could do and improvement that could be donw and a few bumps along the way. However, Kareo is always upgrading with new features. Since 2011, I have shown at least four physical therapy practices the system and two are now customers! When asked what system we use "I am happy to say Kareo!" I have highly recommended Kareo.”
