“My boss decided it was time to started with electronic medical dictation and we went with WebPT. WebPT recommended Kareo as the billing software that is most compatible with WebPT. The transition time was a little frustrating just because documentation was new and also billing software was new. I had worked for my boss for 18 years and had used the same billing software for all of those 18 years so the change and transition was a big step for us all. But, I have to say at this point we are very pleased with our choice in going with Kareo. I am still learning some "tricks to the trade" but our turnaround time for claim payments has improved tremendously. We love the "warning signs" you need a modifier for this or the G'codes are not present-it really saves a lot of time having CLEAN claims going out the first time. Also the customer service is A+. I have only ever called in once that my question was not answered on the first call. Only once did someone else need to return my call. And that is huge with running an office. Customer service is excellent with Kareo. ”
