Q: What do I do if I believe I am owed a credit?
A: Get the support you need to understand your bill by contacting our invoicing managers via email, phone, and secure messaging within the Kareo software. You can call M-F between 8:00am-5:00pm PST to speak to someone about your invoice.
Q: When will I receive a credit I am expecting?
A: It may take up to two billing cycles for credits to be applied to your account. If an expected credit or adjustment has not appeared within that time, please contact an invoicing manager.
Q: Where is the credit or adjustment I was expecting to see on my bill?
A: Credits will not appear on a standard monthly invoice. Instead, a Credit Memo will be issued separately from your monthly invoice. Credit Memos are sent via email. Kareo processes your monthly payment based on the difference between your monthly invoice and any outstanding Credit Memos.
