Support Options

Kareo provides several ways for customers to connect with a member of the Kareo support team for assistance with their Kareo account. Support options are available based upon the following subscription levels:

Phone Support Plan

Practices with Basic, Plus, and Complete monthly subscriptions can add the Phone Support Plan. This plan adds phone support for $199 per month for the entire account.

Hours of Operation:

Mon-Fri, 6am-5pm (Pacific Time), excluding national holidays.

Scheduled Outages:

Scheduled outages may occur between 7pm-4am (Pacific Time), during weekends and holidays or with 24 hour notice.
