The first step in the enrollment process

The first step of the process is to get payer-specific enrollment agreements, complete the enrollment agreements, and have your physicians sign the enrollment agreements. You can search the payer list below to find specific payers, see the services supported (Claims, ERA, or Eligibility), and download any enrollment agreements that must be completed. Some payers require enrollment, while others are considered "auto-approved" and do not require enrollment when using Kareo's web-based medical billing software.

Once you have downloaded and completed enrollment agreements for the payers that require enrollment, continue to Step 2 - Submit Web Enrollment Request
