Download Kareo

Kareo is a web-based medical billing software and practice management application designed for physicians and medical billing companies. With Kareo, you can store all of your data online and access your data from any PC with an Internet connection. Follow the instructions below to set up Kareo on your Windows-based PC.

Setup Instructions

Follow these steps to download and install Kareo:

1. Click the Download Kareo Now link below.

2. When the File Download dialog appears, click Open or Run (depending on your version of Windows) to begin the installation.

3. Once the download is complete, your web browser will launch the Kareo Setup program. Please follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

4. To run the application, double-click the Kareo icon on your Windows desktop.

System Requirements: Since all of your data is hosted on our servers, all you need is a modern Windows PC with a high speed Internet connection such as DSL, cable modem, or T1. The minimum requirements are a Windows PC with a 1 GHz Intel Pentium III processor, Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system or newer, 1024x768 screen resolution, 17 inch monitor, and 256 MB RAM. We recommend, however, that you use a recent PC with a 2 GHz Intel Pentium 4, Pentium D, or Core processor, Microsoft Windows XP, 1280x1024 screen resolution, 19 inch monitor or larger, and 1GB RAM.
