What is the name of your company, group, or organization?

2. Create Your Company Administrator Account

This is the master login for your account. Once you've created this account, you'll be able to add an unlimited number of other users. Each user will have their own login and password.

3. Enter Your Billing Information (SECURE)

You will not be charged a setup fee. You will only pay a transaction fee for the services you’ve actually used with your account.


4. Select a Support Plan

You can use our free and convenient self–service customer support resources or upgrade to a premium support plan. Just make your selection below and you'll be able to upgrade or downgrade at any time.

6. Review and Accept Terms and Policies

Your Basic Edition subscription is $69 per provider per month.

Once your account has been created, you can add and remove providers on a monthly basis. You’ll be charged $69 per month per provider. You can upgrade or downgrade your edition at any time.

Your Self-Service Support plan is FREE.

Your Self-Service support plan entitles you to all of our self‐service resources including online help, user manuals, self‐ paced training guides, training videos, and web–based clearinghouse enrollment. If you ever require a higher level of support, you can upgrade to a premium email support plan.

Kareo is month–to–month and you can cancel at any time.

Kareo does not charge sign–up fees, cancellation fees, or make you sign long-term contracts.

  1. Can I change the company name for my account?

    Yes — you can change your company name at any time once your account has been created.

  2. What is the company administrator account?

    The company administrator account is the master login for your account. The company administrator can change your company information, edit your billing profile, and add new users to your account.

  3. Why do you need my email address?

    Your email address is the login name for your account. We also use your email address to notify you of new releases, system status, and other important information. For more information, please read our privacy policy below.

  4. Can I change the company administrator?

    Yes — you can reassign the privileges of the company administrator to any other user associated with your account. Simply login to your account and you'll see options for adding new users and reassigning the company administrator.

  5. Why do you need my address?

    To accept your online payment, we require your address for security reasons to verify that your credit card or direct debit information is correct.

  6. What types of payment do you accept? Can you invoice us?

    Currently we accept credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and we also accept direct debit payments if you supply us with your bank account information. At this time we will not be able to invoice you for your Kareo service fees.

  7. How do I get customer support?

    We offer convenient self–service customer support resources at no additional charge with every subscription. This includes online help, user manuals, self-paced training guides, more than 7 hours of training videos, web–based clearinghouse and payer enrollment tools, and a user community message board. If you require additional help from the Kareo customer support team, we provide premium email support. Typically, our customers will upgrade to a premium support plan if they have ongoing training questions or if they require electronic claims assistance and expect to receive regular help from us.

  8. Are there setup fees? Is this a long–term commitment?

    There are no setup fees. You pay per transaction for the services you use and you can cancel your account at any time.

  9. What about security and backups?

    We have sophisticated systems in place to keep your data safe and backed–up.

  10. Do I really need to read and accept the agreements below?

    Yes — you should read the agreements. They aren't the usual ya–da, ya–da. The Customer Agreement details the terms of our service, the HIPAA Business Associates Agreement details important procedures for safeguarding protected health information, and our Privacy Policy details how we use customer information.

  11. What will happen next?

    Our systems will create your account immediately, display the information about your new account, and send you an email notification confirming your order. Then you can begin using your account immediately.
