Electronic Claim Submission: Loop 2300 Segment NTE

To populate Loop 2300 Segment NTE, do the following:

  1. Go to Encounters> Find Encounters.
  2. Locate and open the encounter record.
  3. Expand the Miscellaneous section.
  4. In the E-Claim Note Type drop-down menu, select Additional Information.
  5. In the E-Claim Note field, enter the note.
  6. Click Save.
