There is an established Change of Vendor (COV) process between Kareo and Capario. Once the COV form is received from Kareo, it is then processed within 24 hours; after that, a provider can submit through Kareo. A provider can also still submit through their Capario account. However, ERAs can only be directed to one account, so unless otherwise noted by the provider, the ERAs will default to Kareo.
