Kareo Validation Error: Your Claims Cannot Be Submitted Without a Valid Adjudication Date

To correct the error, "Your claims cannot be submitted without a valid adjudication date from the other payer's payment" follow these steps:

  1. Open the rejected claim.
  2. In the Transactions section, locate the payment from the primary insurance.
  3. Double-click on that Payment transaction line to open the payment. This opens the Edit Payment window.
  4. Populate the Adjudication Date field. The Adjudication Date is the Check Date or Processing Date.
  5. Click Save.
