Kareo Validation Error: Your Claims Cannot Be Submitted Without a Valid Adjudication Date
To correct the error, "Your
claims cannot be submitted without a valid adjudication date from the other
payer's payment" follow these steps:
- Open the rejected claim.
- In the Transactions section, locate the payment from the primary insurance.
- Double-click on that Payment transaction line to open the payment. This opens the Edit Payment window.
- Populate the Adjudication Date field. The Adjudication Date is the Check Date or Processing Date.
- Click Save.
