Upgrading Subscription and Support Levels

Change the subscription level of your practice by following these steps: 
 

1.     Sign in to the Kareo application

2.     Select the menu items Settings > Company > Find Practice

3.     Open the practice for which you require support

4.     Change the Subscription Edition field to ‘Max’

5.     Click the Save button

 

Sign up for a customer support plan by following these steps: 
 

1.     Go to http://www.kareo.com/myaccount

2.     Login using your Kareo login information

3.     Select the Change Support Plan option

4.     Select or “Email and Phone Support”

5.     Click the Save button
