Claim Rejection: Valid date of birth for other payer's subscriber

  1. Click Patient > Find Patients in the top menu.
  2. Locate the patient and double-click to open.
  3. Click the Cases tab.
  4. Double-click the case to edit.
  5. Double-click the insurance to edit.
  6. In the Date of Birth field, enter a valid date of birth for the patient.
  7. Click Save.
