Paper Claims: Set up override to populate box 33b

  1. Click Settings > Providers in the top menu.
  2. Locate the provider and double-click to open.
  3. Click the Claim Settings tab.
  4. Under the Override Claim Settings section, click Add.
  5. Select the insurance company by clicking the Insurance Company button.
  6. Check the Show Advanced Settings box.
  7. Under the Advanced Paper Claim Settings section, at the Group Provider # field, select the code from the drop-down menu.
  8. Click Save at each window until you are back at Find Provider.
