If you need to change the Practice Fusion account to which my Kareo account is linked, follow these steps:

1. Login to Kareo
2. Go to the Settings menu option
3. Select Options > Integration Options
4. Under the Practice Fusion section, click the "x" box next the old account name (this will delete the old account)
5. Click the "Account..." button
6. In the pop-up window, select the radio button for Existing
7. Enter your Practice Fusion Practice Identifier
8. Click OK
9. Click Save
