What if I am currently enrolled with Capario already through another vendor?
Capario will require a letter requesting to move to Kareo client id 0073922U. Customer must include their current Capario client id and clarify if current site should be left active. If current site remains active, customer should also state if they want ERAs routed to Kareo’s site. Letter can be faxed to Kareo at 949-209-3473 Attn: Enrollments. Kareo will forward to Capario.
In addition, Capario customers should submit the web enrollment request with a list of current payers and provider numbers that they are currently submitting with Capario.
