User Password Reset

An application administrator can reset a user's password at any time. Once a new temporary password has been set for the user, the user will be prompted at next login to enter a new permanent password.

Note: Users can change their password at any time (see Password Change). 

 

To reset a user password

  1. Click Settings > Security > User Accounts.

  2. Click once on the user account for whom you want to reset the password.

  3. Click Reset Password in the bottom of the window.

  4. Enter a temporary password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields.

  5. Click Save.
