Submit Electronic Claims

To submit electronic claims, do the following:

1.  On the Encounters menu, click Track Claim Status. This opens the Find Claim task (or browser).

2.  In the first field of the search bar, select "Ready to submit electronic claims" and then click the Find Now button. This displays a list of the claims ready to be sent electronically.

3.  Once you have had the opportunity to review the claims, click the Submit E-Claims button on the Task Button Bar.

4.  Once the electronic claims have been submitted, the claims will be automatically moved to the "Pending" section of the Claims task; and will remain there until payment is received.

5.  To close the claims browser, press the Esc key on your keyboard.
