Save Copy of Document
Follow these steps to save a copy of a document that has been saved to the central storage area of the application:
1. On the Documents menu, click Find Documents. This opens the Find Document task (or browser).
2. To locate a document, refer to the relevant steps in Find Document.
3. Once you locate the document, click once on the document and then click the Save As button. This opens the Windows Save As dialog.
Note: You can save multiple documents at the same time. The Shift key allows you to select a consecutive list of documents. The Ctrl key allows you to randomly select multiple documents.
4. Enter the new filename for the copy of the document; and then click the Save button within the Save As dialog. The system will automatically give the document the correct document extension (e.g., .doc, xls, tiff, etc.)
5. To close the Find Document browser, press the Esc key on your keyboard.
