Report Descriptions

There are several categories of reports. To learn more about specific reports within each category, read the following help topics:

  • Key Indicators Reports - Contains a list of reports with summary information on the key performance indicators for the practice.

  • Accounts Receivable Reports - Contains a list of reports with summary and detail information about your accounts receivable.

  • Productivity and Analysis Reports - Contains a list of reports with information about user, provider, and practice productivity and activity.

  • Patients Reports - Contains a list of reports with information about patients and their account activity.

  • Appointment Reports – Contains the appointments summary report.

  • Encounters Reports – Contains a list of reports with summary and detail information about encounters and charges.

  • Payments Reports - Contains a list of reports with summary and detail information about payments, adjustments, denials, and more.

  • Refunds Reports - Contains the refunds summary and detail report.

  • Settings Reports - Contains a list of reports with detail information about practice settings.

  • Company Reports - Contains a list of reports with information that spans your entire organization.

Keep in mind that certain reports within the above categories may not be visible or accessible to you. The reports you will have access to as a user of the Kareo application will depend on the user permissions assigned to you by the application administrator.
