Print Document
Follow these steps to print a document that has been saved to the central storage area of the application:
1. On the Documents menu, click Find Documents. This opens the Find Document task (or browser).
2. To locate a document, refer to the relevant steps in Find Document.
3. Once you locate the document, click once on the document, and then click the Print button. This opens the Print Document task.
4. To print a document, do the following:
Step 1: Select the printing options as follows:
If you wish to print all pages, leave the radio button set to "All".
If this was a scanned document, and you wish to print the document by page status, click the Pages by Status radio button, and then select the page status from the drop-down list.
In the "Page Header Options" section, note that the system defaults are set to Print Page Status and Print Page Notes. However, if you do not wish to print the status and notes on the document, clear the appropriate checkboxes.
Once the options have been set, click the Print button at the bottom of the task.
Step 2: The system will begin to download the document, and a progress bar will appear on screen allowing you to view the progress of the download.
Step 3: The system will send the document to the printer, and a progress bar will appear on screen allowing you to view the progress of the print job.
Step 4: The system will ask if the document printed correctly. Check the printed copy of the document. If it printed correctly, click OK. If, the document did not print correctly, select No, please print all pages again. The system will then automatically resend the document to the printer. Once the document has printed correctly, make sure the radio button is set to Yes, all of my pages printed correctly; and then click OK.
5. To close the Find Document browser, press the Esc key on your keyboard.
