New Security Group
The Kareo application is pre-configured with a default set of security groups. Application administrators can edit these groups or create your own. See the Security Group Template to help you determine the settings for your users. (You can download it from the “Guides” section of Kareo’s Help & Support website.)
To create a security group
Click Settings > Security > New Security Group.
Enter selections and click Save.
Name: Enter the name of the new security group.
Description: Enter a description of the group.
Permissions: Click a line item to highlight and view permission options.
Permission Options: View options for the highlighted permission.
Allow/Deny: Select “Allow” or “Deny” for the permission.
Members: Click to add users to the security group.
