Help File Table of Contents

Select the "Contents" tab at the top of the Navigation Pane within the help system to access a hierarchical list of help topics, much like the table of contents you would find in a book. The first level in the contents hierarchy corresponds with the main functions of the application. The second level corresponds with sub-sections, and so on.

With the table of contents open, you can do the following:

• Navigating to Help Topics – To expand a section to see the list of topics and/or subtopics that correspond to the section title, click any one of the Book icons. To close a section or subsection, click the Book icon again.

• Displaying a Help Topic – To display a help topic, click once on the title of the help topic (each topic is identified with a question mark [?] preceding the topic title).

As you begin learning the application, it’s a good idea to review each section step-by-step. As you become more familiar with the application, you will find yourself referring to the help system only when you need additional help with a specific task.
