Use one of the following options to navigate the topics of the online help system:

Help File Table of Contents - Use the "Contents" tab to view the help topics organized by subject matter, much like the table of contents of a book.
Help File Keyword Search – Use the "Search" tab to find a specific word within the help topics.

Once you open a help topic, you can also:

Print a Help Topic - Use the Print tool on the help system toolbar to print any topic from the table of contents.
Move Backward Through Topics - Use the left arrow button on the help system toolbar to return to a topic previously opened.
Toggle the Navigation Pane - The Navigation Pane appears along with the Topic Pane each time you access the online help system. You can show or hide the Navigation Pane by clicking the Hide/Show button on the upper left side of the help window. The Hide/Show button works as a toggle, click once to hide the Navigation Pane, click again to show the Navigation Pane.
