Find Category
Follow these steps to find an existing category record:
1. On the Settings menu, click Other Lists>Find Categories. This opens the Find Category task (or browser), which displays a list of the custom categories previously set up for the practice.
2. If necessary, use the Search Bar at the top of the browser to locate the category record.
To search for a category, do the following:
In the Look For box enter a single or partial word identifier (keyword) for the name or description of the custom category.
Select the field you wish to search across from the drop-down list in the Search In box (e.g., All fields, Name, Description, or Record Type).
Click the Find Now button to execute the search.
3. Once you find the category record, double-click on the record to view it; or click once on the record and then click the Open button.
4. To close the record, press the Esc key on your keyboard. This returns you to the Find Category browser.
5. To close the browser, press the Esc key again.
