Find Adjustment Code

Follow these steps to find an existing adjustment code:

1. On the Settings menu, click Codes>Find Adjustment Codes. This opens the Find Adjustment task (or browser), which displays the list of adjustment codes.

2. Use the Search Bar at the top of the browser to locate the adjustment code.

To search for an adjustment code, do the following:

In the Look For box, enter the code or partial code (number), or enter the description of the adjustment, preferably using a single or partial word identifier (such as "Courtesy," or "Coll" for "Collections").
Select the field you wish to search across from the drop-down list in the Search In box (e.g., All Fields, Code, or Description).
Click the Find Now button to execute the search.

3. Once you find the adjustment code record, double-click on the record to view it; or click once on the record and then click the Open button.

4. To close the record, press the Esc key on your keyboard. This returns you to the Find Adjustment browser.

5. To close the browser, press the Esc key again.
