Encounters Reports

Use the Encounters reports to view information about encounters that have been entered into the system. This section also includes a Missed Encounters report.

These reports are located in the Encounters section of the Reports menu, and include:

• Encounters Summary - This report shows a summary of encounters over a period of time.

• Encounters Detail - This report shows a detailed list of encounters over a period of time.

• Charges Summary - This report shows a summary of charges over a period of time.

• Charges Detail - This report shows a list of charges over a period of time.

• Missed Encounters - This report shows a summary of appointments with no matching encounter over a period of time.
