Edit Patient Record

To edit a patient record

  1. Click Patients > Find Patients.

  1. In the Look For search bar, enter all or part of a keyword for the patient and click Find Now.

  2. Once you find the patient record, double-click to open it.

  3. Make your changes and click Save.
