Edit Document Information
Follow these steps to edit document information:
1. On the Documents menu, click Find Documents. This opens the Find Document task (or browser).
2. To locate a document, refer to the relevant steps in Find Document.
3. Once you locate the document, select the document, and then click the Info button. This opens the Edit Document task.
4. In this view, you can change the Label for the document, change the Status of the document, and you can edit or add additional notes to the document, if desired.
5. To save your edits, click Save on the Task Button Bar. To exit from the screen without saving your edits, click Cancel.
6. To close the Find Document browser, press the Esc key on your keyboard.
