Edit Diagnosis Code

Follow these steps to edit an existing diagnosis code record:

1.  On the Settings menu, click Codes >Find Diagnoses. This opens the Find Diagnosistask (or browser).

2.  Use the Search Bar at the top of the browser to locate the diagnosis code. (For help in locating a diagnosis code, refer to the relevant steps in Finding a Diagnosis Code.)

3.  Once you find the diagnosis code record, double-click on the record to open it for editing; or click once on the record and then click Open on the Task Button Bar.

4.  Make changes to the record, as necessary.

5.  Once edits have been made to the record, click the Save button to save the changes; or to exit the task without saving the changes, press the Esc key on your keyboard. This returns you to the Find Diagnosis browser.

6.  To close the browser, press the Esc key again.
