Delete Provider

To delete a provider

  1. Click Settings > Providers.

  1. In the Look For search bar, enter all or part of a keyword for the provider and click Find Now.

  2. Once you find the provider, click once to highlight it.

  3. Click Delete.

Note: You can only delete a provider if the provider is inactive and there are no previous activities associated with the provider such as encounters, claims, appointment schedules, etc.
