Delete Diagnosis Code

Follow these steps to delete an existing diagnosis code:

1.  On the Settings menu, click Codes >Find Diagnoses. This opens the Find Diagnosistask (or browser).

2.  Use the Search Bar at the top of the browser to locate the diagnosis code. (For help in locating a diagnosis code, refer to the relevant steps in Finding a Diagnosis Code.)

3.  Once you find the diagnosis code record, click once on the record and then click the Delete button.

4.  To close the Find Diagnosis browser, press the Esc key.
