About Online Help
Kareo Help is an online help system that provides step-by-step instructions for performing the various functions within the Kareo application.
Follow these steps to access the online help system:
1. On the Help menu, click Kareo Help.
2. Note that the help system opens in a separate window with two panes: a Navigation Pane on the left and a Topic Pane on the right.
3. You can drag the vertical bar between the two panes to change their widths. As with other Windows programs, you can also move, resize, maximize, or minimize the Help window to suit your needs. The Help window remains visible until you close it.
4. When you are finished with the help system, click the Close(X) button on the upper right corner of the help window.
Also note that a feature has recently been added to the Task Title Bar of many of the tasks within Kareo. If you open a task and see a Question Mark (?) to the left of the Close (X) button on the Task Title Bar, you can click that button to open the Help topic that corresponds to that task.
