Kareo offers webinars to assist new customers in implementing their account. The webinars are hosted at scheduled times each week. The format of these webinars includes a 30 minute presentation followed by a 30 minute question and answer session. If you are a new Kareo customer, we encourage you to participate in every applicable webinar in the order in which they are listed below. There is no additional charge for attendance, but registration is required.

Webinar #1 – Getting Started

Everything you need to know to start the process of implementing Kareo including a brief introduction to the software, an overview of the training process, and an opportunity for initial questions.

Webinar #2 – Enrollment for Electronic Services

Learn what you’ll need to do to quickly enroll for electronic services, including the ability to submit electronic claims and receive ERAs, with both your clearinghouse and individual payers like Medicare and Medicaid.

Webinar #3 – Setting Up Kareo

Get in depth training on how to set up your first practice in Kareo, setting up Kareo for electronic claims processing, and other administrative configurations.

Webinar #4 – Entering Patients and Insurances

Learn how to enter and edit patient and insurance records to keep your data up-to-date.

Webinar #5 – Encounters: Entering and Approving Charges

Everything you need to know to capture charges and convert them into billable claims.

Webinar #6 – Sending Claims and Reviewing Clearinghouse Reports

Become a claim submitting wizard by learning how to use Kareo’s claim submission features and how to understand clearinghouse reports.

Webinar #7 – Posting Payments

Webinar 7 is only available to customers who are still in the implementation program. This training is offered one-on-one to ensure your protected health information stays secure. It covers posting payments — the last step in the revenue cycle.

After receiving your EOBs or ERAs for claims submitted from Kareo please send an email to support@kareo.com with a request for "Webinar 7 – Posting Payment" and we’ll get you set up.
