Manage Practices
Adding, removing, and managing your practices is quick and easy. You can access a centralized interface to the medical practices your organization serves. You can setup new clients in a matter of seconds. You can also conveniently access your clients' contact information all in one place.
Set Up Users and Security
You don't need to be an IT expert to manage user accounts. You can set up an unlimited number of user accounts for your employees or your partners. You can grant users access to a single practice or multiple practices. You can also lock user accounts or reset passwords. You can configure security using role-based permissions. You can define roles for different types of users related to your organization. You can grant permissions for each role and then grant users access through membership in one or more roles.
You can also establish security policies for your organization that exceed HIPAA regulations. You can define password policies that require minimum length, periodic expiration, password complexity, and more. You can setup account lockout policies to disable accounts after a number of failed login attempts. You can even configure how quickly applications lock due to a period of inactivity.
Manage Insurance Lists
You can manage a master insurance list that can be shared across all practices under your management. This allows you to set up paper and electronic claim settings once and use them for your entire organization. Subscribe and Manage Code Sets
