Upon answering the call, patients will hear a personalized recorded message as written below:</p> <p><em>&ldquo;This is an automated reminder that you have an appointment with your medical practice scheduled on <span style="COLOR:rgb(105,105,105);" >[Day e.g. Thursday January 25th]</span> at <span style="COLOR:rgb(105,105,105);" >[Time. e.g. 12:00 PM]</span>.&nbsp;
