Another great addition to our staff who is working to improve the overall Kareo medical billing software experience is Corena Bahr, who is the consultant focusing on updating the Kareo user guides and online help. Before consulting at Kareo, Corena worked at Citrix Online (GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar) and has over 12 years of experience in Training & Development. Corena received her Bachelor’s Degree in German Studies at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and has recently produced a video tutorial in German for GoToMeeting.
Corena says that Kareo’s “focus on a clear and simple user experience” is what caught her attention. She loves that “everyone at Kareo really cares about how the customers can best utilize the product.” Corena adds, “They are a sharp, collaborative, helpful and fun group of people, which is a great formula for creative design and effective solutions.”
In her spare time, Corena likes to do anything creative, from dancing, to cooking or gardening. She loves anything that can be turned into a project. She has a passion for interior design and considers herself an “HGTV nut.”
