At Kareo, we’re currently having a healthy and impassioned series of discussions internally about our priorities as we draw up our annual roadmap for 2010. Our goal, of course, is to best focus our resouces on improving our service in ways that matter most to our users. That includes YOU!
As a web-based service, we’re fortunate to have lots of data to sift through on usage, performance, and the financial results of customers on the Kareo platform. This means we can develop insights and perspective on our users that are simply unavailable to traditional medical software vendors. However, the data we value most is direct feedback from our users. That’s why I’d like to personally invite you to participate in a survey to help us better understand your needs and your business priorities.
