Software-as-a-Service) and helping doctors get paid by taking today's complex healthcare system and making it remarkably easy. This allows doctors to spend less time worrying about their business and more time caring for patients and saving lives. That’s the high level. The details go like this… Kareo, originally founded a few years ago, doubled customers and revenue in 2010 and we’re on track to do it again in 2011! We’ve done this by building a remarkable product that solves real customer problems, acquiring customers through cost-effective online marketing channels, and supporting our customers with complete dedication. Because of our recent growth, we’ve been lucky enough to receive a significant investment of growth capital, so that means it’s time to grow by increasing customers and employees. Based on your ability to make business processes more efficient by skillfully using technology, you’ll have earning potential that ranges from $70,000 up to $80,000 per year, plus you’ll be entitled to benefits and stock options.

You’ll be given a wide range of projects that are critical to Kareo’s growth. In this position, you’ll be rolling up your sleeves and working directly with Kareo’s dynamic team to identify to improve our CRM system by gathering system enhancement requirements, documenting requirements and building new workflows. You’ll be the point person to troubleshoot problems that occur within your system. You’ll also be the source for data and reports. To do those things, you’ll need to make sure that you manage the database so that it’s free of errors. You’ll also serve as an advisor to business unit managers, providing insightful guidance about what can and cannot be streamlined using our CRM system. Importantly, your responsibilities won’t end with CRM – in fact, you’ll have ownership of the company’s IVR, email marketing, survey, accounting and intranet systems as well.

This is a critical role at Kareo… you’ll be on the front lines fighting to help build a great company. Yes, we are embarking on a substantial growth ramp in terms of revenues and in people, but we are still a small startup. We have a reputation to earn and you’re the key to helping us implement best practices in imaginative ways to create this reputation. First and foremost, you’re the type of person that absolutely loves to work harder, faster and smarter than anyone around – achieving accomplishments that not only exceed the expectations of your team members, but more importantly your own expectations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are not enough. You’ll need to be an articulate, consultative and influential contributor that learns independently and improves Kareo’s business applications. You won’t get too far in this position unless you are smart, are a natural logician, have excellent analytic abilities and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
